Recent use of cocaine, also known as coke, crack or blow. Cocaine is an illegal stimulant that speeds up the workings of the brain. The effects of cocaine depend on the strength of the dose, the blend of chemicals used, and the physiology of the person using. In general, some of the immediate effects of cocaine include feelings of euphoria and confidence, accelerated heart rate, increased body temperature and dilated pupils.
