Mind: Low Self Esteem
The term self-esteem is used to reflect a person's overall emotional evaluation of their worth or value. People with low self-esteem are unhappy or unsatisfied with themselves. A person with low self-esteem may heavily criticise themselves, be hypersensitive to criticism, fear making mistakes, hold a general negative outlook, and may also dwell on past mistakes.
